Each and every order is carefully prepared for dispatch with all the necessary paperwork and additional request that you might have. A safe and appropriate packing is always chosen for shipment of each product. A track and trace number is provided for you to be able to monitor the movement of your order.
When buying a new product, you are often left alone with the previous equipment, either outdated or defect. In both cases it is sometimes possible to trade the unit or exchange it for a price reduction on your purchase. Contact us and we will see if any exchange options are available.
For some of our orders, often including bigger equipment such as CT- and MRI-scanners or bigger laboratory set-up, a technical support is preferred by some at different level and stages. Should there be any need for technical support, please request it and we will try to arrange a certified OEM technician for your needs.
When comparing the choice of acquiring working equipment or repairing the broken unit, the choices can be everything from clear to very blurry. Repairs, and the costs around it is not always an inexpensive choice, and many factors are to be considered before making the final decision. We will consider all factors associated with the repair and after a full evaluation present our estimation and repair options to the client for final evaluation.
Same as with the patients, a correct diagnosis for your machine is very important and may save you a lot of money in the long run. A mechanical malfunction or technical error may be caused by a broken part. A spare-part will in most cases be the cheapest choice and can many times be handled on sight.

We are honest and realistic, this is why we acknowledge that in rare cases mistakes can happen and not all orders can be successful no matter how hard we try. In such cases our priority is always to solve any issue fastest possible by negotiation, in order to cause the least inconvenience for our clients.
Any returned items must be in same physical and cosmetic condition and include all the accessories they came with. Any mechanical or physical intervention or system interference including consequential or incidental damages or damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or any uses not prescribed in the OEM instruction manual, may void the warranty and the obligation to take back the product.
